I am thrilled to be starting a new year and continuing on my journey to become an actress on Broadway. This year my goal is to be cast in an equity production by the end of the year. I would like to start acquiring credits and become an Equity Membership Candidate. So far I have already mapped out which productions I will be auditioning for and what I need to do to prepare. In addition, my training never stops! My secondary goal this year is to learn how to TAP! The further I go in musical theatre, the more I understand its importance!
So far 2013 has been good to me! I auditioned for Noises Off at the Pocket Sandwich Theatre, and I am blessed to have been cast as Brooke Ashton! This is a very physical and funny British farce. My workouts MUST resume since I will be spending 90% of the show in my lingerie. :D
